These kits are designed to spark memories, initiate conversation, and provide positive and engaging interactions between caregivers and those experiencing memory loss. The goal is spending time together in a meaningful way and not about completing any task or activity.
Titles included: Winter: A Season of Memories, Autumn: A Season of Memories, Spring: A Season of Memories, Summer: A Season of Memories. For caregivers: Mayo Clinic on Alzheimer's Disease, Creating Moments of Joy Along the Alzheimers Journey.
Each kit contains a folder of activities.
